Initially established in 1997 as a unit within UPDC Plc to provide facility management services to properties developed by UPDC Plc, we became a standalone company in 2021, managing residential and commercial assets acquired or developed by UPDC Plc and third-party properties.
UPDCFM is a partnership between UPDC Plc and Starsight Energy Company, aligning with UPDC’s broader vision and strategy providing a one-stop shop for customers, incorporating all facility management functions such as Hard & Soft services, Energy Management, Consultancy, and Facilities Condition Assessments.
UPDCFM is recognized for managing and maintaining distinctive lifestyle developments and lifelong customers by providing high-quality facility management services throughout the property lifecycle.
