Tokunbo is the Managing Director of UPDC FM Ltd. She is a Facilities & Property Management professional with a working knowledge of building, facilities, and power management operations, as well as a demonstrated aptitude for rapidly assimilating new concepts, technologies, industries, and cultures. With over 25 years of experience in ICT, strategy formulation & implementation, process deployment, change and operations management in the Oil & Gas, Telecoms, and Real Estate sectors. She spent the early parts of her career running enterprise-wide business transformation projects for global blue-chip companies such as British Telecom, AT&T, and Capital One Financial Services in the UK, US, and Europe. Tokunbo is passionate about the Facilities Management industry and is very focused on technology to drive efficiency and value to clients. Her more recent positions include Director at Afriland Plc, and MD/CEO of Willco — a facilities, property & power management company she founded in 2009. Tokunbo has managed some of the largest premium Facilities Management portfolios in Nigeria across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. She holds an MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business in North Carolina, alongside various professional qualifications.
